This dealership is unlike any other I have experience they not only make you feel welcomed, but they don’t bombard you with a sale. They make you feel as though they are adding value and are going to be they not only make you feel welcomed, but they don’t bombard you with a sale. They make you feel as though they are adding value and are going to be there every step of the way, especially when it comes to providing maintenance on your vehicle when you finally do get your vehicle they do an excellent job of explaining and making sure you feel comfortable. Another thing I appreciated is receiving a follow up call and being able to ask them and they answer promptly any other questions I had. It’s very rare to come across a sales environment and not feel like another transaction. I instead felt very catered and relaxed. More
I recently visited Audi El Paso without an appointment and was pleased that they were able to fit me in and complete the service the same day. The only downside was the initial wait, I stood in the servic and was pleased that they were able to fit me in and complete the service the same day. The only downside was the initial wait, I stood in the service area for about 10 minutes before being helped, and there appeared to be only one service advisor who was occupied on a phone call. What stood out most was the kindness and professionalism of the woman at the front desk who also handles the merchandise area. Although she wasn't a service advisor and couldn't start the service process, she took the time to greet me, check on me, and make sure I was being taken care of. Her attentiveness made a great impression and honestly stood out more than anything else during my visit. Once I was connected with a service advisor, everything went smoothly and the service was completed without issues. Overall, I appreciate the dealership accommodating a walk-in customer and would return, though improving the initial customer greeting in the service department would make the experience even better. In a world where customer service often feels rushed and impersonal, they made me feel like family. I arrived hoping to purchase a vehicle. I left with exactly what I wanted, an unforgettable experience, and a deep appreciation for some truly amazing people.
