Excellence Customer Service Although I was very disappointed with my attempts to reach the service dept (hold time/call back needed), I found when I arrived the Service Advisor M Although I was very disappointed with my attempts to reach the service dept (hold time/call back needed), I found when I arrived the Service Advisor Myrna was over the top amazing. I was greeted when I arrived and my loaner car was waiting for me. She respected my time and was extemely accomodating . When Asked if I preferred a sedan or SUV I made the mistake of taking the sedan. Within 10 minutes I drove back and asked if I could change to the SUV. Without hesitation Myrna said with a smile, of course and handed me the keys to the SUV. That is 5 star service. Thank you More
