I have been to Audi Escondido Service two times now and both time's everything has been perfect. The first time I came in for windows which would stop and roll back down when trying to roll them up. A common issue on some 2018 Q5's due to a batch of bad window motors. I made three trips to another North County dealer... where they returned the car to me "No trouble found" and scratched up my door trim. I decided to stop by Audi Escondido and see if they could help. Cathy and her foreman Nick offered to have a look so I could show them the issue. Cathy wanted to confirm the issue before wasting my or her tech's time trying to fix something they could not recreate. I easily showed how the glass was loose which triggered the pinch-protection to roll the window back down (turned out the loose glass was due to the motor gear being stripped). It was so obvious Cathy and Nick instantly knew what it was and mentioned how they had seen this on several 2018's. Cathy passed me off to Gregg to handle the repair. Gregg was super professional and great with keeping me in the loop. Got the car back the next day good as new. They even improved the door panel scuff where the other dealer had pried the trim off with a flathead. The second time I came in our break pedal was making a squeaking noise when you pressed or released the pedal. I did a little checking myself and it sounded like the noise was coming from the brake booster and not the pedal. I booked an appointment with Gregg the same day and similar to Cathy he wanted to see and hear what was going on just in case the tech had trouble recreating the issue. Gregg called me a couple hours later and confirmed the brake booster needed to be swapped out and he would have the car back to me by 8AM the next day. I picked up the car and looked over the engine bay and footwell to confirm everything was cleaned and all the trim was put back properly. It was SPOTLESS which was impressive considering the brake booster is tucked away pretty good. Brake fluid can ruin paint so I was really pleased they took the time to be careful and do it right. Cathy was there helping customers out when I came to pickup my car. I think that says the most about this shop. When you see the boss is out helping customers and her team out - leading by example. I am so pleased, we will only use Audi Escondido Service. Thanks Cathy Gregg and the rest of the service team. More

Exceptionally efficient. Best price by far as compared to 5 area Audi dealers. Other Audi dealer said the price we received “is not possible .” All done in < 2 hours!
