Excellent Service Dept. I brought in a 2014 Audi I had recently purchased at another dealer for what I thought was a bad tail light assembly. They ordered and installed a new I brought in a 2014 Audi I had recently purchased at another dealer for what I thought was a bad tail light assembly. They ordered and installed a new assembly which also failed. They ultimately traced the problem to an aftermarket suspension lowering module that had been installed by the previous owner and incorrectly wired, thus causing the light failure. They removed the module and rewired the light and it works properly. After ordering the new light assembly, providing me with a loaner car, and accumulating several hours of shop time ...... they did not charge me one red cent! I was more than prepared to pay for something that clearly wasn't Audi's fault, and that would not be covered under warranty, but they took care of it. Again, I didn't even purchase the car from them. The service writer, Martin, was courteous and kept me informed throughout the process. The loaner car was a very nice A6, and even the coffee and munchies in the lounge were good. All in all an excellent experience. More

When the insurance company did not want to use Audi OEM parts, the dealership paid for the difference to make sure only genuine Audi parts went on to my car. They went above and beyond and exceeding all expectations. No matter where I live in Colorado I will always service my with Audi Boulder. I would recommend Audi Boulder, both service and sales, to any friend or family member. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and will exceed all expectations and benchmarks of great customer service. More

Amazing Service I stopped into Audi Boulder on the off chance that someone in service could possibly assist me with a minor fix for my new S3. It was after 6pm and E I stopped into Audi Boulder on the off chance that someone in service could possibly assist me with a minor fix for my new S3. It was after 6pm and Eli Buchanan was still at his desk in the service department making calls. I didn't purchase my car in Boulder, I brought it from Pennsylvania and purchased through a broker. Eli not only provided me with a bit of assistance, he gave me a full introduction on how to use the technology in my car's infotainment/navigation system. It was like a new car delivery, only better! Eli seems to be a kindred spirit, a man who loves not only his job but the product he services. In the short time I spent with him, I learned that he is a diehard Audi/VW lover, just like me. It's so refreshing to go to a dealership's service department and meet a true enthusiast who genuinely takes an interest in his customers. Although I live closer to a dealer in Fort Collins, I will service my car at Audi Boulder because of Eli! What a great welcome to Colorado for this East Coast guy! More
