The first thing noticed is the beautiful facility, but more than that, every employee is smiling. Marty was not pushy, he gave us the space we needed when we were just looking but was close enough to answer every question. When I returned and was ready to purchase, Marty was very professional. There was not a moment that I felt pressured or being taken advantage of. When the car was delivered, Sebastian Montenegro took me through all the features. I came back the next day with more questions and Sebastian was extremely patient. He showed me and re-explained many things with the utmost professionalism. There was a glitch with my cell phone settings and Sebastian was able to figure out the connectivity issue due ro his tenacty and perserverance. The guys who washed and polished the vehicle came out to meet me. I was very impressed with all the services i received. More

Car Repair Nightmare Absolutely the worst experience ever. Brought my Audi in 5 weeks ago for repairs and its still not ready. My service agent Tim did not return phone Absolutely the worst experience ever. Brought my Audi in 5 weeks ago for repairs and its still not ready. My service agent Tim did not return phone calls until I chew him out a new one. He lied and miss informed my about returning calls. He also lied about parts being order or on back order. He told be parts where out of stock at all dealerships in the USA and parts when need to be ordered from factory in Germany. Interestingly enough all parts arrived the day after our call, Where they overnight from Germany? If i could give this dealer a negative 5 I would. Once I get my car back I have zero plans to return to this dealer. More
