I recently picked up my 2021 Q5 and the experience at Audi Hawthorne was truly the gold standard. For starters, they had a very good selection of Q5’s unlike the majority of other Audi locations which le Audi Hawthorne was truly the gold standard. For starters, they had a very good selection of Q5’s unlike the majority of other Audi locations which led me to their amazing facility… WOW…You must see how nice it is. I must mention Virginia at the front desk is a true pro and a pleasure to deal with every time I call. My Sales representative Jesse was so kind and extremely knowledgeable about the product even though he was just newly promoted. He showed me things about the car and connected all my devices but he presented it in a way that I actually understood it after I left. This is my first Audi having just left Mercedes Benz after 9 years (3 leases). I forgot to mention, I received a genuine greeting from Jason Lee the General Manager when I first walked in and he congratulated me on the day of pick up as well as sorting out a few things with my trade in at the end. Kurt was very efficient and knew his stuff. Hats off to the whole team- you made it effortless! More
