I do not live in the Cockeysville area. In fact, I live in NJ and was driving by myself from South Carolina to New Jersey, hit a pothole, and got a flat tire. AAA changed the tire for me but the spare wa in NJ and was driving by myself from South Carolina to New Jersey, hit a pothole, and got a flat tire. AAA changed the tire for me but the spare was not one which would take my all the way to NJ. No tire dealers in the area had the correct tire for my my Audi A3 so I took a chance and called the nearest Audi dealer. I cannot tell you how gracious, helpful, accommodating, and reassuring the staff at Audi Hunt Valley were on this moment's notice. They replaced my tire and I was on my way in a very timely manner. I have other Audi dealerships closer to my home; however, I am willing to drive the extra mi my vehicles and have always received excellent service. They have always resolved my issues on the first visit or notified me in advance if something was going to take longer, which is fine, since they provide a loaner vehicle. More
