My experience was very positive. I made my appointment on line at very convenient time. The on line appointment process was very easy and not complicated at all. When I brought my car to the service department (I did not need a loaner, although I could have scheduled one), I was immediately greeted with a smile by a friendly service adviser and within a few minutes the process was complete. My service adviser, Chris Becker was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! The service was performed in the time frame promised and I was notified by way of a text that my Audi S5 was ready for pick-up. I even received a video via a text showing that my tires and brakes were in good shape... a nice touch. Pick-up of my Audi was quick and easy. It took less than 5 minutes. My Audi was clean and parked right by the entrance for easy access. Thanks you Chris for a very pleasant experience! More
