Terrible Experience BEWARE. I don’t normally post reviews but I feel that this dealerships is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I first visited this dealership bec BEWARE. I don’t normally post reviews but I feel that this dealerships is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I first visited this dealership because they had a used Toyota Prius. I Inquired about this car via the internet and was called immediately, which was nice but I was told the standard stuff of how great the car is and when can you come in. While on the phone I asked what there dealership fee was and was told that the operator was unable to talk about prices. I later found out why. The dealerships website had this vehicle listed as a Prius four, when I arrived at the dealership I quickly figure out that this Prius was in fact a base model. I was no longer interested because the price and quality of the Prius. While there a I figured I would look around, I saw a nice used Honda Accord. I did a test drive and I liked it so we went inside to start talking the numbers. I was the only costumer there so from the beginning the Sales manager come out to shows me what a great price they will give me for my trade in and honestly it wasn’t far off of what I wanted, but when I saw the “doc fees” of 1800 I was blown away. That is the most I have ever seen from any dealership in my life. I told them I wasn’t interested and it was out of my budget. After what I felt like was an Interrogation they finally came down to my budget. So I moved on to finance and was told it won’t take long, mind you I’m the only one there. Almost an hour and a half later I get into Finance. I’m super annoyed but everything goes well and I’m out in a few minutes with everything minus my new registration but was promised that would be sent to me via mail the following day. After I leave finance there was no one there to greet me. so I walk outside and find my new vehicle. My salesman was a nice guy and swaps my plates and I was out of there BUT they didn’t even fill up the tank. I have to get gas on my way home because it was so low. A week later I still didn’t have my registration so I have to call my finance guy twice to get it. It is now a month later and my bank calls me today because the dealership tried to write my loan check for more than It was approved for. So not only did this check have in HUGE letters do not exceed x ammout. I also put money down but they tired to charge the whole deal amount on my check. Now I have to go back in to give them another check. This dealership is shady and aggressive I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. More

New car experience It was my very first visit at this location. First sellers manager wasn’t very customer friendly. First class customer service After being disappointed with our experience at another dealership(Not Audi), we were greeted by Rick the moment we stepped in the showroom. Rick made us feel welcomed and eager to earn our business. Rick was also very knowledgeable on the vehicles we had inquired about-(A5 Cabriolet and the Q5). After test driving both vehicles, we bought both. Thanks to Rick Flowers, David Butler(New Car Manager) and Jamie(in finance) for staying late to make sure you had satisfied customers. We love our new cars!!! Great team at Audi on Atlantic. Will definantly be sending you our referrals!!! More
Sales process lacked professionalism My wife and I stopped into this Audi dealership on our first day of exploring possible vehicles for my wife. Our sales person was obviously new which My wife and I stopped into this Audi dealership on our first day of exploring possible vehicles for my wife. Our sales person was obviously new which was okay and accepting on our part. We explained our desire to simply look and what was of most importance which was a power driver's seat height adjustability since my wife's height is 4'11". Let me premise this review with the fact that prior to arriving at Audi Jacksonville we had stopped into both Mercedes Jacksonville and BMW Jacksonville. We explained our position and were treated in a professional and welcoming manner. The sales teams listened to us and structured our time accordingly. We will return and recommend these two dealerships. The salesperson and sales management tried to keep to a ridged and, in my opinion, an outdated process of dealing with us. Included in this process was wanting to show us inventory before we knew if vehicle suited (fit) my wife's stature. As we were getting ready to leave, our sales person asked us to speak with a sales manager. We agreed and after waiting about ten minutes my wife informed the sales person that we were leaving. We assume the 2nd in charge (Mr. Beal) then came over and introduced himself as Mr. Beal as if he needed to give his position some kind of authority. He was not friendly but rather aloof and arrogant in his tone/approach. We will not return to this dealership. More

Service review Took the car in for a 45k mike service. Got an oil and filter change, a brake fluid service and a new battery as well as a multipoint inspection in a Took the car in for a 45k mike service. The brand new dealership is so clean and spacious with lots of places wait with tv’s, WiFi, snacks etc. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. More
