Took my Porsche in to have tires swapped out and an alignment done. We waited eight hours (missed and appointment) and the alignment was soff. We had to go back have it redone that also took an entire alignment done. We waited eight hours (missed and appointment) and the alignment was soff. We had to go back have it redone that also took an entire day to have alignment done again. Paper was not put down on my floor mat and grease stains were left on the mat on the driver side floor. Sadie was great. She seemed frustrated that there is not enough help in the service center. You guys need to hire more people. More

Dropped off my car and let Sadie know I would need it back by 1 and Sadie said it would be done. I then reached out to Sadie through the text she sent and asked if my car was about done. I didn’t get any back by 1 and Sadie said it would be done. I then reached out to Sadie through the text she sent and asked if my car was about done. I didn’t get any response. I needed my car to drop my daughter off at the airport. I then had to get her another ride last minute. Very inconvenient. No response from Sadie until after 5 that it is done and a link to pay. Not a good customer experience at all. Thank you for sending the survey so I could let you know about my experience. More
