I have a 2015 Audi A6 that I bought from this dealer and my navigation cursor was not finding it's location. They made sure to have a loaner waiting for me as I arrived and they would have washed my car to perfection for pick-up if it was not freezing temperatures. They only hand wash their vehicles so I don't mind returning after it gets above freezing temperatures. So far my experience with the sales team has been excellent and now the service team. They truly make you feel like family. Scott and Bret were the best. Oh and anytime I want a hand-wash, I'm able to pull up and get it washed for free since I'm an Audi Owner. More

I have used Jim Ellis service for several years, and Kevin has been my primary interface. Kevin takes a personal interest in my issues and my convenience, as well. As usual, he personified what I view as the Audi experience. My issue was a slight malfunction of the MMI, and Kevin initially put me in direct contact with the MMI specialist to diagnose the issue and then scheduled my service appointment promptly to rectify it. I drove Mercedes for 24 years, and have experienced a lot of "high end" service, but I am now a committed Audi fan, having had five. I always recommend Audi and Kevin to any friend who is considering Jim Ellis. More
Service staff is very stable and this longevity allows one to build relationships with the staff and allows them to be familiar with your vehicle. The quality of the work is unquestionable and their is a one to build relationships with the staff and allows them to be familiar with your vehicle. The quality of the work is unquestionable and their is a confidence in their knowledge of Audis. You get the sense that you are getting the best Audi service possible at all times. Cleanliness of the facility is second to none and the communication and updates from the staff are clear, uncomplicated and informative. Would easily recommend this service department to others. They are not the cheapest, but you certainly don't feel cheated by paying more for the superior service! More

I live about a hour and a half away from any of the closest Audi Dealerships. I Chose Jim Ellis Audi because I was on heading out on a business trip and Jim Ellis was on the way. I informed Mr. Barbine closest Audi Dealerships. I Chose Jim Ellis Audi because I was on heading out on a business trip and Jim Ellis was on the way. I informed Mr. Barbine that I was in the beginning of an 8 hour drive. I said I would appreciate faster service over the usual perks that come with service at a dealership. Mr. Barbine managed to still take care of me with the same great service in half of the time. He also gave me recommendations from the Mechanics for further service related issues. He got me on my way in half the time I was quoted from another dealership. I took my 2005 audi A4 to this dealership for the transmission to be serviced because it had a recall on the CVT transmission. So far, the least said the better. First they told me I have to get service records when I furnished them with the records, they said it wasn't AUTHENTIC because it was from CARFAX, after arguing it out, he told me I took the car somewhere else before bringing it to them so they will not fix it until I contact the settlement administrator. It has so far taken me two weeks to get hold of a supervisor, only for her to tell me they are investigating the issue with the dealership. Guys I am talking about 20 mins hold calls on the average here. My car has only 88000 miles on it and under 10yrs. Qualifies for the transmission to be fully replaced under the class action and this is what I have to go through just to talk to a supervisor. I have driven a Volkswagen all my life and I have loved just decided to upgrade to Audi and it has been my most painful experience ever. My car is over 3weeks at the dealership, and so far nothing has been done. Still investigating............. More
I purchased my Audi A4 last year from this dealership and had a great experience dealing with the Jim Ellis sales and service staff. From the General Sales Manager Kevin down to the Sales Associate at the ti had a great experience dealing with the Jim Ellis sales and service staff. From the General Sales Manager Kevin down to the Sales Associate at the time Rose, the group at the Jim Ellis Audi store really went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied customers. They have always been available if we had any questions or concerns with our vehicle and did a great job of making a deal work. I have since been taking my vehicle in for service at this dealership and have also had a great experience in the service department working with Matt Price. He is a great service advisor who is very knowledgeable and does a good job of getting me in quickly and making sure my vehicle is available on time. Something nice that he does is use text messages to provide updates on my vehicle so that I am aware of the service status. Matt comes across as a very cool and honest guy and I have not ever felt like he is over selling me on a service that I didn't need or that was not necessary on my vehicle which based on past experiences seems to be rare in this industry. I appreciate the customer service and excellent staff at this dealership. It speaks well for the dealership as a whole and I will be continuing the service of my vehicle with Jim Ellis Marietta. They will also be my 1st stop when it's time to find my next vehicle. More
