Ridiculous wait for car service. Over 24 hours at service shop then over hour wait for car wash. Went for an oil change in December, which took 2 hours. Then in January (1 month later) I got a notification I needed to change my oil because Audi forgot to recalibrate the oil sensor. I called and tried to schedule a follow up visit which was extremely challenging and kept getting sent to voicemail on several attempts to connect to the service department. Very disappointing experience overall. More

After spending thousands dollar to replace a falt tire with wheel alignment, the vehcile was running fine before sent to the service but multiple lights come on and having more issues 2 weeks later.
