When I received the car I still got a "ping" that my service is due. There was also still the sticker on my windscreen with the old dates about the oil change. So I hope that the oil is changed and somebody did something. I believe that it is not very difficult to hear the "ping" when you start the car. So I had to wait for my car additional 15 minutes. But maybe the technician played more with the air condition which was set on "LO" and my music which also showed a different song compared to the one I had before. I would still recommend your company and as I mentioned Joel was awesome and he apologized for the inconvience. If that happened twice I would reconsider my choice. More

Joel and the team at Carousel Audi came to our rescue. Our A4 was carefully and completely packed for a trip to the east coast. We had just set out on the first leg of our journey when I noticed the battery indicator light on the dash was blinking. Not good. It's early on a Friday morning of a holiday weekend. I changed directions for Carousel Audi, while my wife reached out to Joel to inform him that we were coming in. We learned that Carousel was facing the normal Friday rush & pre-holiday rush, but they were also working with half the maintenance staff due to scheduled training. Ouch! Nonetheless, Joel checked the stock and determined that the replacement alternator was in stock and handed the project to one of the mechanics. The summary is that we were able to resume our trip (a couple hours later than planned). And we did it without an appointment! Last, but not least, Joel's sense of humor and good nature helped turn a potential disaster into a positive experience! More
