The Bernardi Audi dealership is by far and away the best car dealership I have dealt with in my car purchases over the years. This time I was looking at several high end cars, including BMWs and Mercedes, car dealership I have dealt with in my car purchases over the years. Kevin McCarthy was the salesperson who helped me and he is incredibly knowledgeable about the Audi fleet and was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He was a complete straight shooter on pricing and also just in scheduling times to test drive the cars so I didn't waste my time. He also indulged me when I brought my 11-year-old son with me to check out the cars. A great guy and a great salesman. Bobby Alari (not sure I am spelling the name right?) helped me when I picked up the car and spent a half hour or so showing me all the important features so I didn't have to figure things out myself. This was my first time buyin a pre owned vehicle and Manny was very patient and willing to answer any question that I had. In numerous phone calls Manny was up front with me on the type of deal we could put together. I never felt like he was "just trying to get me into the showroom". Not only was the buying process pleasurable but in subsequent questions that I had Manny was very responsive and took care of my issue (it had to do with the satallite radio not the car) quickly and happily.
