My wife and I were recently on our way back to Canada from Florida when our Audi developed a disturbing shudder. We pulled in to Audi Northlake right on closing time in the off-chance we could get a ser from Florida when our Audi developed a disturbing shudder. Robert Diaz couldn't have been more welcoming and understanding of our situation and immediately had one of the mechanics diagnose that we had a tire balancing problem. Although we were unable to get work done on the vehicle they were able to confirm we did not have a mechanical or safety issue as long as we drove at a reasonable speed for the remainder of our journey to Ottawa. The politeness and responsiveness of Robert and his team couldn't have been more professional and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank them - they are a credit to your dealership! They completely alleviated our anxiety and reinforced our view that cross-border friendship and mutual support is still alive! More

Today was my first visit to the Service Dept. and I want to say that i had a great experience. My service advisor was Carlos Hernandez and after having an explanation of what my concern was, he t and I want to say that i had a great experience. He took me into the service bay and had one of the Tech explain the situation and i was happy with the explanation and the result. And as a bonus, I showed him a picture of an 1985 Audi Quattro Sport that I drove when I was in Germany stationed with the military. Service advisors come and go, Carlos is one to keep.
