I walked in for service (routine and some recalls), he got me checked in, helped unloading items out of my car and helped transfer them to the loaner which magically appeared all in less than 15 minutes. And upon the return of the loaner to pick up my car, I shared I was in a rush to get back on the 405 to work and VOILA! there was my car ready to go and items being put in the trunk in a transfer. I highly recommend Michael and the Audi Pacific service team----not many things are worth a 40 minute drive on the 405 but THIS IS! More
