Audi Pacific makes it easy to get service! I recently brought my Q7 for service. Typically, I drop off the car and leave in a courtesy vehicle or a rental, but due to an error of my own, I was I recently brought my Q7 for service. Typically, I drop off the car and leave in a courtesy vehicle or a rental, but due to an error of my own, I was not able to get one. Instead, the service advisor, Oscar, offered to complete the service within a couple hours, but instead of waiting around at the dealership, he would send me home in an Uber. He also sent an Uber to my house to pick me up once the car was ready. Audi Pacific really went out of its way to make the process convenient for me and I really appreciate that. More
