Review on dealsership sales experience:I had previously Review on dealsership sales experience: I had previously called and made an apt to purchase a vehicle advertsied on their website. drove in after wor Review on dealsership sales experience: I had previously called and made an apt to purchase a vehicle advertsied on their website. drove in after work and told them we had an apt with one of the sales managers. was told he was busy, and after waiting around for 10 min while the staff discussed who would be helping me, was handed over to a lower level sales associate. He told me the car I was here to see, was actually in the service dept because of an issue and we could not test drive the car. I was thinking they could of told me that before we drove in if they knew the car was not ready? He said we could "look at the car" so we did. I was actually motivated to buy, so asked if the price was negotiable. He said no. I asked how long the car had been sitting in the dealership. (I knew the car had been there for at least 2months from the website) but he flat out lied and said they just got it a couple days ago. he clearly was not in the mood for selling the car. maybe the problem was that it was already 6pm and he was looking like he wanted to go home soon rather than help make a sale. I was actually very motivated to buy and even had brought my checkbook... but I put my checkbook away, and looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere. Certainly did not feel welcome or appreciated at this particualr Audi dealership, unlike some of the others I had visited prior. More
