Great support, fair pricing I worked closely with their internet sales manager, and he was great at arranging his time for me, setting up test drives to accommodate my busy sched I worked closely with their internet sales manager, and he was great at arranging his time for me, setting up test drives to accommodate my busy schedule, and going over pricing options. I was a bit disappointed they wouldn’t negotiate more on another car I was more interested in, as the price for that car was at the high end of the KBB. But in the end I got a great value on the car I purchased which was below the KBB range. More

GREAT salesman. Horrible Finance group Our salesman Manny was responsive to my initial inquiries and had the 2 cars we wanted to drive ready when we arrived. He was knowledgeable and not pu Our salesman Manny was responsive to my initial inquiries and had the 2 cars we wanted to drive ready when we arrived. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. I found him engaging and friendly. However. - once we agreed on purchase, completed the paperwork and went though the loan approval and got approved - we then had to sit around in the dealership for 1.5 hours waiting to meet with someone in the finance department. Either the department is severely understaffed or woefully inefficient. I am not sure which. Once we actually met with the finance person it took less than 10 minutes to print and sign the papers. Of course at this point they knew I was pissed. Of all the cars I have purchased it has never taken over 4 hours at the dealership before. The back office of this dealership was horrible More

R8 Service Experience Sergio was my Service consultant. He was very knowledgeable regarding my R8 and promptly and concisely reviewed the work to be accomplished that day.
