Quick and easy Had my Q5 in for routine service and recall item. He explained things clearly and suggested things my car should have checked beyond the routine service. I also liked the way this dealership handles loaner cars. You give your information, insurance, credit card to the service person and he/she takes care of the loaner. You don't have to go to a separate area and stand in line again. You wait in the customer waiting area, which is very nice, and the loaner car is brought to you. Very simple and quick; I really appreciated this aspect. More

Great service Fast check-in for my car. They are very helpful -- once I went on a weekend as my key battery was dead though they don't open on weekends but I manag Fast check-in for my car. Easy breezy to get my loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in service. Only thing is to get regular inspection, need to schedule 4 weeks in advance -- too long of a wait. More
