Non responsive to customer needs, not reasonable in service The service advisor, Jesus, was totally non-responsive. I had to leave 3 messages for him and talked to alternate service advisor, but Jesus still did The service advisor, Jesus, was totally non-responsive. I had to leave 3 messages for him and talked to alternate service advisor, but Jesus still didn't return my call. And the service manager, Alfred, didn't cover a critical cam cover oil leak, even though my 2013 Q5 has low mileage 38K. This is not an acceptable policy as new cars should not have such serious defect at 38k miles that expects customer to pay over $2300 for fixing, not a wear/tear issue! And, since I bought my car here, I have done all service so far at this dealer. Bad customer service overall. More
