I originally swithed my dealership to Ira about 8 years ago after being dissatisfied with the experience at a now defucnt Audi dealer. I am the type of consumer who will let you know how I feel I'm being treated. In the past I've called AudiUSA to compliment the dealership for the treatment I've recieved. As such, I wouldn't hesitate to call if the service was poor. Recently when I was looking to buy a new car I stopped in at Herb Chambers Audi in Burlington because I was in the neighboprhood and they had responded to my internet querry. On two occasions I was ignored and bypassed by sales staff. At Ira, George and Henry were always at my disposal even going so far as to come out of sales meetings to see to my needs. It really is no wonder that after we found a car I liked that we were able to arrive at a price and close a deal seamlessly. In closing; I recommend Ira Audi without reservation.
