This was my second purchase from Ira Audi. The first was eight years ago, and I've been a regular in the service department since. Everything is first-class all the way. Henry went out of his way to provide a test-drive that showed what the car would do. He spent a long time explaining how to use the multi-media interface. And he gave me a price that made me happy! After that, taking care of the payment details was a breeze, and the car was ready when I wanted it. I sincerely hope Henry and Ira Audi are here when I want another car in eight years! More

These guys are great. I've purchased 4 or 5 cars from them including my latest toy, an Audi R8. I've also bought Porsches from their sister store, Ira Porsche. Best Audi dealer in the Northeast! Service is fantastic whether it was for my first Audi (an A4 in 2000-ish) or the latest car. I also own a few other exotics and wish the service from them was as good as the folks at Ira Audi. Buying a car is super easy. Not only did I get one of the first R8's in the northeast, I paid sticker. No mark-up like the other Audi dealers around the country. Can't say enough good things about these guys. More

I recently had a wonderful experience purchasing a new 09 Audi A4 Avante at Ira in Peabody. Whe I first went there to look at their stock of new and used A4 avantes they did not have any and I instead drove Audi A4 Avante at Ira in Peabody. Whe I first went there to look at their stock of new and used A4 avantes they did not have any and I instead drove a 09 A4 sedan. I fell in love with the car and decided I would buy a new one. A requested that someone call me when the prices on the 09 Avantes came in and received a call as promised. I then made an appointment to see the 09 avante and ended up ordering it. I received a call the same week they estimated it would be available to take delivery. I set a time to come in and finish paperwork with Sheryl and everythign went very smoothly. On the day i picked up the car Doug had prepared the car manuals with sticky's on all the important sections and then sat in the car with me and reviewed everything. This was my first Audi and new car purchase and to be honest it was not like the typical cliche grumblings that people say about pushy salespeople, etc. From the very beginning I was not pressured into anything and everything was very well explained to me. I will definetly recommend Ira Audi of Peabody and my salesman Doug Fitz. More

My husband and I purchased a used 2008 A3 from Paul and our experience was very good. He was professional, direct, and informative. The price we settled on was fair (end of month and a sagging economy helped, to be sure, but the price given for our trade-in was an incentive) I met with Paul to get a "tutorial" on the car on day of pick up and he could not have been more thorough or well prepared. He has since called and emailed several times to ensure that I am happy with the car and to answer any questions. When I needed a license plate return receipt asap for insurance purposes, he had it faxed over immediately and called to follow up. I am really enjoying this car. I had a Lexus SUV before this that I bought at IRA Lexus down the street. I can honestly say that so far my experience with IRA Audi has been better, and that says a lot, because Lexus owners are quite coddled as a general rule. Thanks to Paul for a great experience and one that I hope continues for the length of ownership. More

I was looking to get out of my SUV and back into a car. I didn't want to have a ridiculous payment, however I did want a reliable car. Paul was able to find an Audi that fit into my price range that was cert didn't want to have a ridiculous payment, however I did want a reliable car.
