Nice place, work out your deal with Jade before coming in I cross shopped Princeton and Paul Miller and found Princeton to be a little more accommodating and offered me a slightly better deal. The only real issue i had is that even with my 2:00 appointment it still took 4 hours for me to complete my transaction, a bit excessive. Detailer did a great job car looked awesome. Overall a good experience, just wish i didnt have to be there that long. More

We walked in looking for information and pricing on a 2019 GTI. We already had info from another dealership on the car but Oscar Matamoros was awesome at walking us through the car, the features, the rea 2019 GTI. You can tell he is really passionate about cars, and even owned several Golfs in the past, so he had a lot of information on helping us understand what I was getting into. He basically sold me on the GTI, since I was also considering a Civic Si and the Veloster N. There wasn't any nagging or annoyance with this dealership, whereas the other dealership did. We returned on the following Monday, put in a deposit and in a week the car was in my hands with smiles on all our faces. Everyone is friendly here, and they want the best for you and not just for their dealership. The deal we got on the car was extremely awesome and we're happy with the service from Oscar and the rest of the Princeton VW dealership. More

Honestly, I can't praise him enough. Car salesmen do not have the best of reputation. But Alan met or exceeded my expectation every single time I had to deal with him. In every respect. He is exemplary with his knowledge, dedication, honesty and customer focus. The next person I had dealings with in the last 6 years is Dino Ferrante from the Service Department. Again, an exemplary individual with a customer service mind. Very fair, honest and you can trust his word. He delivers what he promises. Always with a "can do attitude" and a smile.
