In summary, during our visit the sales person seemed uninterested and disengaged. Among the first couple of questions Ron asked us (to profile us in his mind) was "what kind of car are you driving now"? uninterested and disengaged. Among the first couple of questions Ron asked us (to profile us in his mind) was "what kind of car are you driving now"?! Ron seemed uninterested after we mentioned "Jeep"! It was obvious that he did not seem interested in offering us to test-drive cars either citing silly excuses like "we do not have the models that you are looking for", "it is a hot day to test drive cars", "why don't you look at Audi next door", and etc... His best attempt to seem helpful after our insistence was taking us to the parking lot, opening the doors to couple of SUVs parked there, and very briefly pointing to some superficial features. He also gave us a brochure! It was obvious that Ron did not want to spend the time with us to understand our needs and help us with our car buying decisions. More

I went to Rockville Audi mid September under the recommendation of a colleague who had purchased from them and had been happy. I was however puzzled by the attitude of the salesman who did not seem recommendation of a colleague who had purchased from them and had been happy. I was however puzzled by the attitude of the salesman who did not seem willing at all to sell me a car. Yes, he was polite and answered all my questions but no more. Yes, he let me do a test drive on the A4 Avant I was interested in but, immediately after, he waved me good bye. Yes, as I insisted he gave me a brochure but rounded his eyes asking "can't you go on the internet? You will find the same". Yes, he gave me a price list upon my demand but then again, waved me good bye and handed over his business card saying "make your configuration yourself on internet, send me an email and I will see what I can do for you". Candidly, I effectively sent him an email. He never answered. Probably a car at 40 000 USD under the diplomatic programme is too cheap to interest them. I went to another dealer, Tischer Audi, where I received excellent service. More

I recently purchased a new porsche cayman S from Rockville. Both the sales person and the General Manager went above and beyond what is normally expected from a dealership. When I asked for the best price, it was given the first time, and it was lower than other dealers in the area. The car is amazing; I am in love with it. I believe my wife will soon need a new car as well, and I plan to return to Rockville for an Audi. Their honesty, fairness, and commitment to customer service have earned them a customer for life. Not enough can be said about good customer service! We have all had bad experiences but I had a good one. I went in for service. (I had an inspection ticket due that day) and they could not get me in. I t have all had bad experiences but I had a good one. I went in for service. (I had an inspection ticket due that day) and they could not get me in. I took a stab at asking the parts people about the light bulb I needed. The parts person, Mike helped me and even told me how to put it in. Thanks for saving me $90.00 (Possibly) for the repair and getting me out of a jam. I have had my car serviced there may times and have been very happy. A little patience will get you better results! Top 10 in my book! More
