Nick was the service advisor who assisted me, and I must say, he provided outstanding customer service. Nick briefed me on the maintenance plan and estimated costs. And guess what? Everything was completed as promised! Smith did a great job on the video explaining the virtual inspection of my car, and to top it off, my car was washed too!
