My sales rep, Jeremy Beard never said no to anything I asked for, and did an excellent job as a middle man to negotiate the deal going back and forth between his manager and I , looking for a solution. Never any pressure at any point, never pushy, never tied to upsell. Always felt Jeremy was working in my best interest. What a pleasant man he was to buy from. San Diego Audi loaned me a Q5 while I waited for my A3, even though the wait was only a few hours while they went to another location to go get the car.
