I recently had a recall notice on my vehicle, so I called and booked a time to drop it off. The receptionist was helpful and could see there was a recall tied to my vehicle, and offered me a loaner after say and booked a time to drop it off. The day of, I dropped my car off in the morning and when I was told I had a loaner coming to me, I asked if they could give a better time estimate on the completion of the software update that was needed. I was told it can vary, and it was better to take the loaner in case it takes longer than expected. I explained that I had plans in the afternoon and evening, and might not be able to get back in time to pick up the car before close of business. They assured me that was no issue and I could return at my leisure the next day, which I did. I received an update with my car on the lift, software update complete, inspection done, and nothing due. Very easy to recommend Audi Shrewsbury. More
