My Review of Audi Silver Spring:
Audi Silver Spring was the smoothest, least pressure dealership I have ever dealt with. Have purchased more than 10 cars in past 15 years. Jacob was friendly, knowledgable and upfront from the beginning. Dealership looked clean and streamlined. Jacob worked his hardest to meet all my demands without even flinching. No games. Honest and trustworthy. Will definately recommend them to everyone I know and will return when I'm ready to trade up.

Jacob was great to deal with. No hassle, no haggle and we got the exact car we wanted at a great price without high pressure sales tactics. Jacob, in particular, has an encyclopedic knowledge about Audis and was able to quickly answer all of our questions.

My Review of Audi Silver Spring:
We found the staff at Audi Silver Spring to be friendly; very professional; honest; able to listen to our concerns; helpful to us in clarifying our automotive needs; and very patient when answering our questions.

My initial conversations and test drive with Mr. Olsen were helpful and informative. He was particularly attentive to my 92 year old father who accompanied me to the show room.

Thomas Schweiss, who further helped my husband and me, could not have been more attentive, informative, patient, and honest. He was exceptionally professional.

Joanna McCarthy, too, was very helpful and patient as we went through different finance scenarios for different warranty options.


At no point did we feel pressured, or that we were being "handled" and at the end of the transaction, we did not feel that we had "been worn down". In fact, we both commented when we returned home that we did not have those lingering doubts about the "deal" we were able to get or not; nor did we feel exhausted from the experience. While this will sound like cliche copy from a billboard ad, it was the most pleasant experience we have had in purchasing a car.

My Review of Audi Silver Spring:
This review is a follow-up to a previous posting where I reported a bad experience. Since then, Audi Silver Spring has fixed the body problem with my car and apologized for the bad experience. Then I had an unrelated mechanical issue with the car which was fixed quickly and everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. Thanks!

Ms. Jaffke took delivery of her Audi A4 on 2/28/12. Both she and her boyfriend thoroughly inspected the physical condition of the vehicle. They found a tiny dimple on the trunk and we gave Ms. Jaffke a due slip saying that we would take care of her dimple on the trunk. On Tuesday, March 6th Ms. Jaffke brought her car back to our dealership to have her dimple fixed on her trunk.. While at our dealership she went to her salesperson, Brian, and told him that she discovered a dent on the rear quarter panel while washing her vehicle. She also produced a check-in sheet that showed a dent on the quarter panel. When the salesperson talked to our Used Car Manager Mike Mizak about the situation in the his office, Mr. Mazak got agitated with Brian the salesperson for allowing the customer to leave with the check-in sheet when she took delivery. Ms. Jaffke heard the encounter between Mike and Brian and interpreted that Mike was questioning her honesty. Mike has since called Ms. Jaffke and apologized for his outburst with Brian and for her thinking that it was directed towards her. Because of the misunderstanding Mike has told Ms. Jaffke that even though we are sure that the dent was not there at delivery we are going to take care of it under good will. Ms. Jaffke seemed to be very happy with the outcome.

Tom was very friendly and helpful from the first time we made contact. He worked with us to get the right pricing and a solid financing plan. The car was given a through inspection and any issue was addressed and fixed before we drove it off the lot. He even threw in new floor mats and a full tank of gas. Definitely would come back to Audi of Silver Spring for my next Audi.

My Review of Audi Silver Spring:
I asked that the car be cleaned before I arrived so I could get a good look. Tom Schweiss had the car spotless when I arrived.
We went on a test drive and he explained all the prominent features of the car. We struck a fair deal. everyone was happy.the car had 29k miles on it. They had all the 30k mile service items already completed. Very nice touch.
Highly recommend Tom Schweiss. Nice, professional, knowledgeable.
