Audi Spokane - Service Center

Brought 2002 Jetta in for a simple 100K service (oil change and filter change). First thing is the service writer locks the keys in the car and says it's a door malfunction (never happened before in 10 change and filter change). Then when the service is done, they tell me that the serpentine belt needs to be replaced. I JUST did that on my last service with THE SAME dealership and this cost me over $1200. And if you look at the belt it looks brand new, so it is an obvious lie to get money (oh, they couldn't find the records of this service either) And finally they charged me $271 for a simple oil change and filter change. This is beyond ridiculous and I will never go to a dealer again for service unless it's an absolute last resort. More
