My Review Of Audi State College:
Purchasing our new Audi Q5 at Audi State College was like a breath of fresh air, both literally and figuratively. It was located in a beautiful rural area surrounded by rolling hills and farmland, and the buying experience was nothing like the high pressure dealerships we are accustomed to in the NY City metro area.
My wife had her heart set on a certain color combination (Cuvee Silver/Chestnut leather) that was very hard to find. I discovered Audi State College by searching the internet for the vehicle. They knew how badly she wanted this exact Q5 but quoted a very competitive price nonetheless. The trade-in of our 2007 Hyundai was also part of the deal. We were at their mercy because they had given us an approximate “sight unseen” value beforehand. Not having physically inspected the car we were afraid they would play games and offer less when we actually showed up at the dealership. Instead, they judged that the car was in excellent condition, and gave us a credit of $500 more!
Overall, the staff was professional and cordial. The Showroom Manager Mark and the Business Manager Matt were both great. Our salesman, Devon Feighner, was soft spoken, patient, and had an unbelievable knowledge of the vehicle, especially when it came to the technology features which are amazing but can be overwhelming. First he took time to inspect the Q5 with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was spotless and in perfect condition. Then Devan sat next to my wife and went through all the controls and features. He answered every question of hers with calmness and with answers that were easy to understand. Devan even invited us to call him anytime in the future and he would be happy to explain anything again. Highly recommended.
Our whole experience was so pleasant that we are convinced that the long ride to Audi State College was well worth it. We had no service issues, but the concerned and trustworthy character of the dealership gives us no reason to believe their service would be otherwise.
