Audi is a luxury car brand, however, Luxury should extend beyond the car itself—it should encompass the entire experience. Sadly, this dealership missed the mark. Audi Stuart will fake it until they make it. Make sure you have everything you need before you sign the paperwork and leave the building. Once it’s done, they are done caring about you. My recent experience with Audi Stuart left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I expected a reasonable level of professionalism and service from a luxury brand car dealership when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from them. I also expected both keys to my car that were promised. Unfortunately, that’s not what transpired. Upon signing the paperwork, I was handed one key and was told that the second key seemed to have been misplaced. I carried on with the paperwork and finished the deal under the assumption that they were looking for the key and I’d get it before I left. That was not the case but they told me they would continue to look and will be in touch with me when they find it. Over the next two weeks, Audi Stuart remained tight-lipped, leaving me in the dark. It felt like pulling teeth to get any information as none was offered unless I specifically asked for it. Even then it was nothing but short, vague answers. I had a feeling that the key was not going to be found so I even offered to take some Audi merch in its stead so we could all be happy and move on. Finally, after 2 weeks of almost nothing, they confirmed what I expected, they couldn’t find the key. Instead of addressing the issue adequately, they offered an Audi-branded shirt and a cup with a value of $50.00 total. That’s retail prices btw, not their cost. The value of these items pales in comparison to the missing key’s cost of $400.00 and includes no consideration for the inconvenience it will cause me. I live an hour away and would have to drive all the way their to pick up a shirt and a cup! It’s laughable! I gave them one of the easiest sales they can make and it could have easily ended with everyone happy but they are willing to sabotage the experience and lose my business (and hopefully some of yours after reading this) over something so silly. Feel free to share this review with others. Perhaps it will prompt Audi Stuart to rectify this situation and/or improve their customer service practices. 🚗💡 More
