Audi took an MMI system that worked reliably for years and somehow turned it into a frustrating and unpredictable experience in the new 2026 Audi Q3. Features that should function seamlessly, such as Apple Carplay and phone connectivity, now sporadically do not work despite being a standard technology for years. As of today, my 2026 Q3 has been in Swell Audi's service department for a month with Audi USA's primary solution being to connect my phone with a cord - - essentially relying on technology that was common seven years ago. It is extremely disappointing that I traded a perfectly functioning three-year-old Audi Q3 for a brand new 2026 Q3 only to end up with less reliable technology and fewer conveniences than I had before. For a premium brand that prides itself on innovation, this is simply unacceptable. More

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this dealership. I bought a used Q8 and a new one at the same time I paid 3k for an in and out deal only to drive the used one home with 7k miles and the dealership. It then started over heating and was stranded on the side of the road the dealership couldn’t come tow me per my warranty because they had nobody to do it they did eventually send someone. I paid 3k for the pre certified certificate only to end up spending 2900 to have everything fixed. The service manager Spencer was very nice I asked the sales manager Diego to call me. Never heard from him I also had plans to buy another new Q8 for one of my staff. I would have been better off just buying an Escalade or other luxury vehicle locally. I will not buy from them again. You will have to book an overpriced same-day one-way ticket to fly back. ------- I came in yesterday and decided to purchase a Porsche 911 from Frankie (Sales) and Dylan (Pre-Owned Manager). Dylan and I shook hands on the price and made a deal. We agreed on taking the car to do a Pre Purchase Inspection on next Monday (the earliest slot I could book with my mechanic) before finalizing everything. The car was supposed to move to other dealers on Saturday, but Dylan called it off since we had this deal. Everything went great so far. Dylan seems professional and easy to talk to. Until this morning they told me they have SOLD THE CAR LAST NIGHT. There is no heads up, no communications at all. They have never tried to secure the deal with the customer. As seen in other reviews, we have some customers asking the dealer to hold the car until they come to the dealer. NO THEY WON'T. The only reason the car is still available is because no one else make an offer. More

I was a big fan of Sewell from a previous purchase (Infiniti) but this Audi dealer accepted and printed an offer I could not refuse. They were supposedly going out of their way to give me a great dea (Infiniti) but this Audi dealer accepted and printed an offer I could not refuse. They were supposedly going out of their way to give me a great deal on a car they were going to find for me in any three different colors I gave as options. I guess they regretted their offer bcs they never got back to me if I hadn’t called them back. Told me they were sold out and the inventory arriving at the port was presold (meaning they skipped me and sold to others). Never again will I trust them. More
