Chris Brzezinski saved the day. I took my car in for routine maintenance at Audi Wilsonville and an advisor name Patrick helped me, Patrick told me something was wrong with my car I took my car in for routine maintenance at Audi Wilsonville and an advisor name Patrick helped me, Patrick told me something was wrong with my car and I paid the diagnostic fee - results showed a thermostat leak. Patrick told me that it was not covered by warranty and that the entire cost would be out of pocket. I asked Patrick if he was certain about that and he reiterated that it was not covered by warranty and be paid completely by the client - me. Patrick’s estimate for repair was close to $2K so I made an appointment with a non Audi body shop. My boyfriend called Chris because Chris was his service adviser in the past. Chris called my boyfriend within minutes of the repair being started on my car and confirmed that the repair is completely covered by Audi warranty. Thank you so much Chris for saving me almost $2K out of pocket! Please request Chris as your service adviser at Audi Wilsonville and stay away from Patrick. My thermostat leak was repaired at Audi Wilsonville and I paid nothing out of pocket. What started out negatively ended positively, because of Chris. More
