My Review Of Audi Wilsonville:
Audi Wilsonville absolutely redefines what quality customer service is - I have never encountered such a fantastic team of sales, finance, and service staff. From the very first email that I sent to Kevin Fields (General Sales Manager), I was in good hands from beginning to end. Every time I sent an email, I received an expeditious and informative response within 10 minutes or so. This was still true even when Kevin was out of office at his personal home - he was available and ready to assist me in any capacity necessary. This top notch service would of been enough, but he didn't stop impressing there. Not only was he readily available, but he did everything within his power to give me the best deal possible in my search for a new car, without excessive coaxing from me! He made it extremely clear that he wanted to help get me into the car that was best for me, in the most manageable financial perspective. As I said, I never felt so comfortable dealing in a business transaction of any kind, not just limited to car sales. A completely no pressure, smooth sailing experience, with Kevin at the helm.
When it came time to come into the dealership to close the deal Kevin and I had set down - I was again stunned with how quickly and efficiently it all came to pass. I didn't even have a set appointment, and as soon as I walked in, I was attended to by Kevin personally. I can tell that in his position, Kevin is a very busy individual, which makes it all the more impressive that he is right there ready to help as you need it. Kevin saw to it that I was assigned very capable sales staff - Anton Robinson and Jacob Goudy. Jacob took me out to the vehicle I wanted to purchase, which was pulled up before I even arrived, and allowed me to inspect it to my standards. After satisfactorily examining the vehicle, I jumped behind the wheel and took it for a very pleasant and well guided test drive by Jacob. Upon returning to the dealership, Anton took over, double-checking and triple-checking that my experience was agreeable before even beginning the paperwork. Which brings me to the next subject, yet again they impressed me with this! The paperwork was barely even that, as it was all digitized, and filled in for me to reduce wait time and hassle. All was explained to me in a thorough fashion, so as to ensure that I understood what I was signing before I was signing it. Once all the paperwork had been squared away, I was directed to the financial department, where Jeff Blackwood too immensely good care of me as well - he explained everything as thoroughly as possible, in a no pressure environment, before I signed anything. Jeff made it clear that my comfortability took precedence over closing any deals. This, in turn, made me want to buy from Audi even further. After all the paperwork was cleared and squared away, I was handed the keys to my brand new vehicle which was topped off with gas and waiting to drive me home! Before leaving, Anton gave me an incredibly detailed walkthrough of the vehicle, so that I had peace of mind in knowing how it worked. To put the proverbial "cherry on top", Anton let me know that if I ever needed a car wash, or anything explained in my vehicle that I should give him a call and he would see to it personally.
In closing, as I began, Audi Wilsonville is the absolute pinnacle of service - they clearly know exactly what they are doing in regards to customer satisfaction. I can honestly say, even if I moved several hundreds of miles away - I would come back to Audi Wilsonville without a doubt to purchase another vehicle. They have certainly earned my business for life, and my glowing recommendation to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.
