Friendly People, Excellent Service Dee Sanchez was my service rep. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in every way. I had two separate issues with my A7. First, the battery Dee Sanchez was my service rep. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in every way. I had two separate issues with my A7. First, the battery failed. It was replaced without question and I was provided a clean newer vehicle to drive while the A7 was in the shop. Secondly, I received a recall notice regarding potentially defective overhead air bags. I was impressed that the Service Dept. had the parts in stock and scheduled the work for the next day. The work was done in a timely manner and the A7 was returned in pristine condition. Again, I was provided a vehicle to drive while my A7 was in the shop. I have been very impressed with all my contacts at Wilsonville Audi but was especially impressed with Dee’s professionalism and eagerness to achieve the best outcome for me the customer. I have two Audis both of which I purchased from Wilsonville Audi. I was extremely pleased with both transactions. It is rare today to find a business that truly understands customer service.
