45k check up + battery swap Brought my 2013 Audi A3 into service for a 45k check up. Everything went smoothly and i received a nice A4 to drive while the work was being done. Unf Brought my 2013 Audi A3 into service for a 45k check up. Everything went smoothly and i received a nice A4 to drive while the work was being done. Unfortunately my battery died 3 days later and I called to complain but once again Audi came through and squeezed me in the next morning to replace my battery. They put me up in an office so I could work while they swapped the battery. Total time was 1.5 hours. Very happy with both services. More
