As a mom and full time employee, she recognizes my busy schedule and accommodates. Two of my girlfriends also have Audi's. Both have commented that they prefer the Wilsonville location and working with Dee. The employee (wish I could remember his name) that took the loaner back and brought my car around was so nice and courteous. Always nice to be greeted by Chris when I pull in. Glad he came back! Because I am not from Portland and I have always rely heavily on my Audi Navigation in my car. So I got lost as soon as I hit the freeway. Nevertheless I called up Audi Wilsonville and explained my problem, they immediately told me to go back and switch out my loaner. I was going to deduct a star for this but since they resolved my problem right away I am a happy customer. More
