Factory Open Campaign Service Call I received the mailer notifying me that my car needed a factory update. Audi Wilsonville was able to schedule me quickly, told me the service would be I received the mailer notifying me that my car needed a factory update. Audi Wilsonville was able to schedule me quickly, told me the service would be completed in about an hour (90 minutes with the complimentary wash), so I decided to just wait on site. I was on my way in just over an hour with the scheduled update, new car fob batteries and a clean car! Very pleased with the service and responsiveness of the staff. More

However, one thing that frequently occurs and annoys me is that the technician did not leave my controls in the position that they were when I dropped the car off. Specifically, the light switch, which I always leave on AUTO, was in the OFF position (again). This caused me to drive for several blocks later that evening with my lights off until another driver flashed his lights at me. This was a dangerous situation. I have complained about this before on previous visits. More

Service dept was great; sales terrible. As usual service was top notch. Not so for sales. I asked for a price for my car and it was so low it was delivered by service dept rep, not in person As usual service was top notch. Not so for sales. Deliver bad news in person. I am selling my excellent condition low mileage car to buy a truck so could not trade in for an Audi. Rate this experience as zero for this sales assoc. More

When I got to the dealership Edward said I was more than likely going to have to buy a tire and get re-reimbursed from the manufacturer. That really irritated me but I knew I would re-coop the money. When Edward called to say my car was ready he said they had paid for the tire being I was a loyal customer. I thought that was very nice of him to go to bat for me and Wilsonville Audi is lucky to have him. I will always buy my Audi's here for sure. More
