Great in all areas! After driving three new Volvos over 30+ years, the dealership closed in Salem. I then drove a Toyota, which I did not like. I purchased a used Audi After driving three new Volvos over 30+ years, the dealership closed in Salem. I then drove a Toyota, which I did not like. I purchased a used Audi last year and brought it in for regular service. Rod was great from the time he greeted me at the door and was helpful in answering the questions I had about my car. I waited in the customer area for the two hours while my car was serviced. (Now that is another perk....it is so welcoming, with drinks and snacks.) I was impressed at all the employees who I observed during that time, it was evident that pleasing the customer was a priority. I love driving my Audi, and I now have a great place to come for future service. More
