A true 5 star experience1 First time in for a 15K service on our Q5. It was akin to entering a four star hotel for the first time. Greeted by person at outside desk (sorry did not catch his name), but very professional. He took me in and introduced me to Dee Sanchez who was more like a concierge than service representative. She took care of everything and had me out with an A3 loaner in about 10 minutes all the while making me feel like I was her only client for the day. Dee contacted me when the car was ready, reviewed systems. Of course there were no problems. When I picked up my car Dee had everything ready and I was out in 5 minutes. The car appeared to have been hand washed and vacuumed. It also had a new car smell. Outstanding! If I could give more stars I would. More
