With a 1 year old infant to take care of and a super busy work schedule, it was the last thing we needed to deal with. I called Audi Wilsonville as soon as they opened and they told me, no problem they would have someone waiting to assist the tow truck driver and that they could provide a loaner car. When we arrived with the car, they immediately made arrangements to start repairs and took down some information to get me a loaner car. Beyond my expectations, they actually drove the loaner car to my house with another Audi staff person following behind, which meant my wife didn't need to do anything to be back in a car. It was fabulous. Their superb service meant I got back to my busy project at work an hour earlier than if I would have had to bring my wife in to pick it up. We bought our Audi from a dealer in California because the guys at Sunset were so hard to deal with, but this was before the Wilsonville store opened. At this point Audi Wilsonville has earned all our future repair business and we'll be talking to them about our next Audi purchase. I can only give them my highest recommendation. It's the best service experience I've ever had. More

Came in today for campaign/ recall 17D9 and 24T3. Courteous service by SA K. Sweeney. In and out with a loaner car in less than 10 minutes. Came to pick up the car 15 minutes past closing (6PM) but l Courteous service by SA K. Sweeney. In and out with a loaner car in less than 10 minutes. Came to pick up the car 15 minutes past closing (6PM) but luckily GSM K. Fields was there to help me pick up the car. Car was washed clean and some brake bulbs were replaced, all with zero out of pocket expense. One minor glitch: somehow the mechanic didn't put the battery cover properly. It was upside down. Also, the air intake plastic hose was not tightly connected. Not an issue because I "fixed" it in 2 minutes :-) I had an Audi while living in NYC and by far, Wilsonville Audi went above and beyond for its customers (as you can see by rave reviews here). I recently brought my vehicle in for it's 45k service and it was the easiest transaction, from the time of dropping off my vehicle, to picking it up. Jay and Kevin provided me with a loaner and they treated me with an S4 (the smile has yet to be erased from my face). Roman an Audi Certified Technician came to greet me when I dropped off my vehicle he began asking me how it was running etc., I told him of a couple of issues that I had with the vehicle, without hesitation he went straight to my vehicle and began looking at them. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Roman once again stopped what he was working on to greet me and discuss all that he had done to my vehicle during the service. The old adage goes once you find a good service technician that you can trust, you'll never want to take your vehicle to anyone else, this absolutely holds true with Roman. So to anyone and everyone that has thought about taking their Audi in for service or any other kind of vehicle for that matter, PLEASE do yourself a favor and see this team!
