Another awesome experience I brought my car in for the Permaplate application after leasing the car 2 weeks earlier. Good with reservation Brought my 2 day old Q5 in for clear bra application. Great staff, friendly and attentive. Worked with Edward Swift who was informed and informative. New Car first need for service. This was a recall for my 2 month old Q5. Got a service appointment on on-llne for the next day- impressive. Its not a negative, but I did notice that the waiting area is not as well appointed as the BMW dealership I am used to visiting for my other car. More
