This was my 5th new car purchase, 3rd internet purchase and it was the shortest amount of time we spent at the dealer. There was no haggling over the price. There was no need to, because the price was right around what we had wanted to spend for the car and we were happy with it. The appraisal for our trade in was quick and fair, as we had researched what our trade in was selling for. The short amount of time we actually had to spend with Chris, he was really nice and accommodating. We were supposed to get all weather carpets which were not in the car, and we got an e-mail one business day later from Chris saying they arrived. e-mail questions prior to us going to the dealership were responded to, promptly.
