DO NOT come here if your car is out of warranty. They’ll make sure to make your car bad and make you pay big bucks to fix it. One of the most dishonest, negligent, irresponsible and mal-practicing dealers on Long Island. I brought my S8 in for check engine light ( the car is still perfectly fine). They checked everything ok but replacing coolant valve and coolant. I went home and found out there was no more coolant in tank. Towed car back, they bleeded the air pocket out and refilled the coolant back in (that’s what they said) and the next day the turbos blown. They ( service advisor Steve, service manager Tony and general manager Maurice) said it just happened and I had to pay them over $8000 to have it fix. Filed complaint to BBB, DMV, and hope that they investigate and close down this business. Stay away from this dealer Audi of Smithtown ! More

The service department is basically a scam operation, I brought in a car that I bought there, all the safety system warning came on at the same time one morning, the service department said I had a mismat brought in a car that I bought there, all the safety system warning came on at the same time one morning, the service department said I had a mismatched tire and needed to buy an entire set of tires. The head light warning light was caused by the tire that was their conclusion. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!! More
