My Review of Audi of Westwood:
The Audi Dealership of Westwood, MA was one of the best dealerships I have ever visited. The sales team met with me 20 minutes before close and stayed open past closing to allow me to test drive some of their cars. They answered just about every question I asked, and if they did not have the answer right away, they always followed up with the answer. They took care of all the registration, inspection and insurance concerns, saving me time and stress. Audi of Westwood was professional in every essence of the word.

My Review of Audi of Westwood:
I was extremely satisfied with the time Rob Kelleher spent with me before I purchased my A4. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient.
Problems surfaced when I went back to Westwood with a better price received at another dealership. Westwood's lack of a timely response to a "price match" led to some complications. I ended up in a car that was not my choice of color. That being said, five weeks later and with additional fees, I am finally in the car I want.
I do not regret getting a second price on a new vehicle. Unfortunately buying a new car continues to be a "buyer beware" situation. The consumer must be diligent in their efforts to insure that they are getting a fair price and that honesty and integrity prevails. The consumer wants the best price possible and the dealership wants to make the most money possible. Negotiations between people with polar opposite goals is quite challenging!!!!

John Suh of Westwood Audi is by far the most knowledgeable, informative, professional and helpful salesperson I have ever dealt with. His straightforward and reasonable approach and his depth of knowledge of the Audi product line is fantastic. It's refreshing to have a dealer experience void of high-pressure, numbers games and inaccurate data. I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to work with John in my purchase.

Ken and the rest of the Audi Westwood team did a great job right from the start. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and unlike other dealerships I have worked with. I wasn't sure where I wanted to buy my Audi but after going to Audi Westwood the answer was simple. I am glad I bought my car there and had a wonderful experience.

My Review of Audi of Westwood:
Probably the most straight-forward, informative and honest sales process I've ever experienced. Right from the start, Paula was relentless in finding me a hard to get vehicle, patiently answering all of my questions and giving me frequent updates. When Paula was out, Bryan stepped straight in, and I didn't have to repeat/rehash anything. When Bryan was out, Paula picked it back up again. Even Nick (the GSM), helped in the search (when he probably could have been working on much bigger deals). Really smooth process, nice people, great facility, and I'm an incredibly happy (and hopefully a repeat) customer.

PS: Bernadi Audi in Natick (if you are reading this), you were my first choice because of incredible convenience of location, but you lost a good, quick deal because when I simply asked to test drive a car, I was told "No, these cars sell themselves, and if we let people test drive, we'd have people here all day test driving". WT*? do you not try clothes on before you buy them? do you not inspect a house before you buy it? do you not taste the wine before you buy the bottle? do you not date before you marry? Oh well, maybe I'm out of touch.

We found our salesman to be tops. Hia name: Ken Bourne. He was extremely helpful and professional. He is the reason we switched to this Audi Dealer after visiting a competitor (Audi/VW of Brookline). The staff at the dealership was most helpful on one occasion when our salesman was not readily available.

I was misquoted on a timing belt service. After contacting the service department the issue was straightend out . Audi of westwood is one of the best Audi dealerships I have seen and I have been to dealerships all around the country . Mike costello & Chris Sturgis are always very nice . (Great actors) The mechanics are top shelf.

This was my first Audi purchase and I was very pleased with my overall experience. Lester listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. Nick, the sales manager, helped pull together a great package and was patient as I made final decisions. Audi of Westwood treated me with the respect I expect and made the entire process flow smoothly. I do not hesitate in recommending them to my contemporaries.

My Review of Audi of Westwood:
My father was always a fan of the Audi A8. We went in there a few weeks ago exited for a new german car. We waited about 10 minutes until someone noticed us. That was the only down part. After that, we had a great, fun, easy experience at Prime Audi of Westwood. It was great. I am so glad that we came to this dealer. Do not go to the Bernardi Dealer in Natick. They are not nice, truthful, friendly people like the ones here at Prime. Props to you
