Avoid at all costs! I took my Hyundai in for a specific problem. It had to go to a Hyundai dealer because the part could not be obtained from the part store. This was the worst service experience I've ever had in my life. I had to drive an hour to go to the closest dealership, and they were totally disrespectful of my time. On the phone when I scheduled the appointment, I told them I needed an estimate for how long it would take. It took four times the amount of time they said, and never came to brief me on what was going on. They are way overpriced and lack good customer service. I will never ever go there again. More
