Recently experienced a VERY POOR customer service encounter at Auffenberg KIA that required a Repainting & Redo of the Ceramic coating of the hood and fenders of a 2025 KIA SOUL that should have never been delivered until the issue was fully resolved. This inconvenience required 4 trips back & forth to the dealership. This was a referral I made to this dealer and no one has offered any good will gesture to recover the way this was handled. I hope you will review your customer service practices for future customers. This INACTION will terminate any future referrals from me to Auffenberg KIA.
