My Review of Aurora Motors:
I have been to this dealer countless time for service for items covered by the warranty. Not only could they not find the problems when they did find the problems it took countless attempts to get it right. A simple allignment should not take 3 attempts to fix. I would recommend running not walking away from Aurora Kia and anything they sell or service!

My Review of Aurora Motors:
I visited Aurora Motors everday last week for a simple alignment, replace the tire rim and an oil change. Everything they did was completely wrong. When doing the oil change they forgot to put the sticker in the window indicating when another one was due. They refused to get the tire rim that was in town over to the dealership to verify it was the correct rim and indeed it was the wrong rim. By having the wrong rim we had to special order one that did not arrive on time due to someone dropping the ball on the ordering end. They also did the allignment wrong. When I picked the car up after the allignment I literally had to hold the sterring wheel at an angle. Run do not walk away from this dealership.
