We understand that at first glance, the age of the tires may seem concerning. However, tire age refers to the year they were manufactured, not necessarily their condition. The tires on your vehicle measured at 8/32 tread depth, which is considered to be in like-new condition. We take the safety and satisfaction of each client very seriously, and we would never allow anyone to leave our lot with unsafe tires. As for the rim issue, we believe there may have been a miscommunication as to how you'd like the refund to be applied, and we would appreciate the opportunity to get this cleared up.
