MISLEADING DEALERSHIP AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY I had a very disappointing experience at the Infinity dealership of Austin. I visited near closing on a Saturday to look at a used car. It was still dirty and needed work, but I test drove it and was ready to move forward — pending a question about a headlight. Since service was unavailable, the Director of Used Cars, Adrian Garcia, gave me a verbal agreement and a handshake that the car would be held for me until Monday. He even took the keys. On Monday morning, I spoke to the sales associate I test drove the car with, Zaira Duarte. I was ready to buy the car as is. She confirmed I had priority, despite interest from out-of-town buyers. Shortly after, I was told someone else was signing for the car. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to speak with the General Manager, Eliel Ramirez, who told me the Director of Used Cars, Adrian Garcia, gave him the go-ahead to sell it. He told me a verbal agreement doesn’t mean anything when someone else is there in person ready to buy. He offered to help me find another car, but I didn’t want another car — I wanted the one I was promised. I was naive to think that people today would be honest and stand by their word. It’s clear that at this dealership, it’s all about the bottom line, and customer trust means nothing. This dealership does not honor its word, lacks internal communication, and wasted my time. If you're expecting honesty, respect, or accountability from this dealership—look elsewhere. Full names found on the Austin Infinity website More
my experience with Austin Infiniti and my salesperson Allan needs to be shared. I'VE ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR A MONTH. The day I drove the (used) infiniti home from the dealership, I immediately noticed a Allan needs to be shared. I'VE ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR A MONTH. The day I drove the (used) infiniti home from the dealership, I immediately noticed a shudder or vibration when accelerating from a stop up to about 20 mph. I called Allan right away and was told to bring it back. From that point on, I spent nearly every Wednesday—my only day off—bringing the car back for the same issue.Multiple “master techs” claimed they couldn’t feel it. A sales assistant even told me that “all AWD cars feel that way.” we went for a ride-along, the head of service admitted that he felt the vibration between 15–21 mph. Allan reassured me that “they would take care of it” and not to worry. The car ended up sitting in their shop for over a week, with service saying a tech was working “1–2 hours each day” but still claiming they couldn’t replicate the problem. Eventually, I was told they had “done all they could” for me. The service manager mentioned they could dive deeper, but it came down to how the techs would be paid. Keep in mind the diagnostic fee is $240 per hour from what i was told. In the end, the dealership deemed the shake “safe to drive.”On top of all that, I am stuck paying $2,000 for an A/C compressor repair—an issue I had pointed out to Allan before signing paperwork. I was told it would be looked at, but clearly it wasn’t. Now I’m left with a car that has both a bad compressor and a bad shake that has only gotten progressively worse. To make matters worse, Allan accused me of always trying to corner someone into saying something, even though he himself had already made those statements. Bottom line: I bought a vehicle that had issues from day one. I was patient, I gave the dealership multiple opportunities to make it right, and instead I was dismissed and strung along. A dealership that claims to stand behind its cars should not leave a customer in this position. If you’re considering buying from Austin Infiniti, be very cautious. My experience was a textbook example of being promised one thing and delivered another. I would not recommend this dealership or Allan based on how my situation was handled. More
My only dealings with Austin Infiniti were with the exceptional service department. They provided great service and nice seating area with a coffee bar. Sold me a vehicle with 7 year old tires and a promise to repair a rim but have yet to receive a returned phone call. Salesman told me tires are good for 15 years. Being that I purchased from another city I repair a rim but have yet to receive a returned phone call. Salesman told me tires are good for 15 years. Being that I purchased from another city I was told I needed to put down a refundable $500. When I got there I was told it was known refundable and added to my contract. Since then I had to purchase 4 new tires because chunks of rubber were flying off, Pay for a rim repair and a loss of $500 because of a lie. As a disabled Army veteran I have high standards and will never allow anyone to mistreat me. Or anyone else this is my review of Austin Infinity. More
My car needed a lot of work as it’s 14 years old and as always, Dave took very very good care of it and Jeremy the inspector was thorough. I love having the video and seeing what needed to be done and I lo always, Dave took very very good care of it and Jeremy the inspector was thorough. I love having the video and seeing what needed to be done and I loved how Dave worked with me on how to get these things done and what was absolutely necessary to get done now. Absolutely super dealership with kindness and understanding and sensitivity and thoroughness. We’re lucky to have them in Austin. More
